It's time to start telling people about our lessons. Recruiting new dancers is the responsibility of every club member. We've created things that will help you wit recruiting. In order to save the club's money (paper and ink), these are on the website so you can get them any time you need more. They are in .pdf format (Adobe Acrobat). Most computers come with Adobe Acrobat Reader, but if you don't have one on yours you can get the FREE Reader on Adobe's websites.
This is in a 10 card per sheet format with 2 pages (front and back). Print it on business card stock, card stock...or even regular paper. Print the first page, put the paper back in your printer and print the second page. This is the basic informational flyer. I hope the club members with print off these flyers and put them at every business and church they can think of. Also go the the library in your area. Go back to your locations on a regular basis and put the flyer up again if it is missing. Like the cards, this needs to be printed on one side and then on the other side. It makes a tri-fold brochure that gives information about square dancing to people you know. Carry these and the reminder cards with you. This gives you a place to record the contact information of people you talk to who are interested. You can then call them later to remind them. You can also give the contact information to Joan or I if you don't want to make the calls. Let's all work hard to make this a great year for our lessons.
